Shigeo Ueda — your consistent therapist at IKKYU.

Why IKKYU

Helping people understand the connections in their body.

Shige’s background spans human movement, fitness, sports therapy, health coaching and remedial massage. IKKYU was shaped around a simple idea: recurring discomfort deserves more than a generic routine focused only on the painful area.

Each appointment brings together conversation, observation, hands-on treatment and practical guidance. Working with one consistent therapist makes it easier to understand change over time and adapt the approach to the individual.
